Customer satisfaction is our top priority. At OroBravo, you have the right to return your product within 14 days after the delivery date.

Return Conditions

• The return period is 14 days from the date of delivery.

• To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused,

  • Undamaged,

  • Returned in its original packaging along with its certificate (if applicable).

• Items that have been used, damaged, or altered in any way are not eligible for return.

• For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned.

Return Process

1. To initiate a return, please email us at [email protected].

2. Once your request is approved, we will provide you with detailed return instructions.

3. After we receive your item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return conditions.

4. Once approved, your refund will be issued within 5–10 business days depending on your bank, using the same payment method as your original purchase.

Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel your order before it has been shipped by contacting us as soon as possible.

• Once your order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible — in this case, the return process applies.

Custom & Personalized Items

• Custom-made or personalized items (such as custom sizes, engraved, or name pieces) cannot be canceled or returned.

Return Shipping

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

• If the item you received is defective or incorrect, OroBravo will cover the return shipping cost.
